Commercial Center Drukarnia in Bydgoszcz

Drukarnia Fashion House is located in the very centre of Bydgoszcz. There are over 30 boutiques on 10 600m2 of commercial surface and 166 parking places. Except its commercial offer, Drukarnia is organizing a lot of cultural events which are important for the city and for the region. The commercial center was opened in 2007.


For this project, our mission was the following:
  • Project management company for the construction of Shopping Center Drukarnia, including design supervision, organization of tender procedure, site management and coordination of executive designs (2006 – 2007),
  • Energy audit and preparation of energy certificate for Drukarnia Shopping centre (2009).
