Commercial Center Pogoria in Dąbrowa Górnicza

Commercial Center Pogoria is the largest shopping center In Dąbrowa Górnicza. On 36 000 m2 of the retail surface, there are 90 boutiques and 5 auditoriums. There is also Real hypermarket occupying almost 7 000 m2, DIY OBI and 800 parking places. The opening of Pogoria in 2008 changed completely the functioning of the city center.

For this project, our mission was the following:

cooperation as the advisor and project management company in relation to the construction of “Pogoria” Shopping Centre in Dąbrowa Górnicza (approx. 30.000 m2 retail space); management of the shopping centre project and coordination of the works of all participants of the building process and coordination of the tenants' works (2006 – 2008),

project management company in the construction of the hypermarket at “Pogoria” Shopping centre in Dąbrowa Górnicza (2008),

technical revisions of buildings (2008),

energy audit and preparation of energy certificate for “Pogoria” Shopping centre in Dąbrowa Górnicza (2009),

project management company for the construction of DIY OBI at the Shopping Center “Pogoria” (2008 – 2010).
