Extension of Commercial Centre Promenada in Warsaw

In 2015, on request of Atrium Poland Real Estate Management, we started to work on extension and modernisation of one of the most popular commercial centres in Warsaw – Commercial Centre Promenada. Because of complexity of the investment, it was divided on stages. From April 2016, the clients can admire the result of 1^st stage of works – the building gained 3.450 m² of commercial area, including a multi-level H&&M store. Next stages will be executed successively, which will make CC Promenada completely remodelled.

In case of this investment, our tasks are the following:

supervision and management of design phase of the project,

establishment of the Investment’s execution timetable,

management of verification of execution designs,

participation in the management of the works performed by the contractors,

inspection of works by our site inspectors,

acceptance of works,

financial audit.
