Construction of Commercial Centre Serenada in Cracow

The Commercial Centre Serenada is a three floor building of 25 m in total. The site was opened in October 2017. With 42.000 ^m2of global surface, it is the biggest commercial and entertainment area in Lesser Poland. On three levels, there are 160 boutiques, restaurants, cafés and bars. Up to 70% of tenants represent the biggest fashion brands in Poland. For the clients, there are up to 1.000 parking places.

We will finish soon the construction of a trestle bridge with bike roads and pedestrian walkways.

For this project, our mission was the following :

coordination and technical consulting during the site,

assistance during design process,

control and coordination of technical and design documentation,

coordination of all administrative procedures,

management of tender process for all necessary works,

inspector’s supervision,

organisation and management of hand-overs,

financial control,

tenant coordination.
